The Peace of Mind Plan

Peace of Mind: Real Estate Support for Life’s Changes

With personal experience grieving the loss of my father while dealing with his estate, I learned difficult lessons the hard way. I now provide an option to my clients to assist loved ones move into the next phase of their life or help families sell properties with minimal to no out-of-pocket expenses.

So many of my clients have a goal to help a loved one transition to be near them and I truly enjoy being a part of the journey.  I strive to make the entire process quick, simple, and straightforward to provide my clients with peace of mind.

Recently I’ve helped several friends dealing with challenges that accompany the health of aging loved ones. Many of us know people that genuinely need to move to downsize and don’t know how to navigate this overwhelming process. I see many situations where it is truly a family affair and all hands-on deck to make these life transitions easier. After helping my own parents navigate major life changes I have been inspired to offer my services for others in similar situations.

I am a one stop resource. I will help devise a strategic plan to help with the big move. I truly have a person to help with all things, from decluttering to any contractor you could need. Whether your move is cross-country or local, I have contacts to share that will help ease the process. I even own properties that offer short-term and long-term rental opportunities.

I have several references I am happy to provide that can share their experience with this Peace of Mind Plan.

We first met Stacy when she helped us with our move from California in 2019. This year, our lives were turned upside down when our house was struck by lightning and caught fire. After not getting a lot of help from insurance, I reached out to Stacy to see if she had any advice for us. Stacy went above and beyond helping our family. Stacy not only provided the phone number of someone that had been through the same thing. She gave us some options for what to think of for our future. Stacy called one of her investors and they offered us a cash offer for honestly more than we expected. We closed in two weeks. We were able to only take what we wanted to salvage and a dumpster was delivered for the rest of the items we chose not to take. This was a huge relief to know we could move on from this traumatic experience and start planning our future instead of dealing with our insurance company on how to sell our damaged home. It’s been a huge transition for us. Stacy helped find us temporary housing and is helping us as we decided to build a new home in a new neighborhood. We trusted her to help us navigate this time for us and she truly was a blessing to our family.
