As we approached the summer months, Stacy threw out the idea of securing an intern for the summer – ideally someone who had an interest in real estate. We hit the jackpot. Meet Ashley!
“Hi my name is Ashley! I just finished my Junior year at Indiana University, and I’m so excited to be working with the Stacy Barry Team this summer. I’ve always had an interest in homes and I’m excited to jump into the real estate world. I have already learned so much the past few weeks about every aspect of the job. I love looking at homes, but have realized there is a lot more behind-the-scenes work than most people realize. I can’t wait to see what else I learn this summer!”
Stacy loves teaching – that passion goes back to her days as a middle school teacher, so it only makes sense that she wants to impart all her real estate knowledge on a young mind with an interest in real estate. Ashley has been able to help with administrative work, seen the nitty gritty of all the paperwork agents deal with, and had the opportunity to shadow our agents as they attend client meetings, walkthroughs, and closings. But we’re not all-work and no-play – Ashley has been such a fun addition to our silly team antics! She even got her swing on when we had a team meeting at Top Golf a few weeks ago! 😉
